...I love everything about this quote!!! Our egos hardly do us any favors when it comes to conducting our lives and our relationships. Not only with others but within ourselves... When I'm acknowledging my thoughts and expectations of myself, it is very interesting to see which of those are coming from my ego and which of those are coming from my heart and spirit... There is a massive difference between the two and I can always feel that... One comes from LOVE and the other often comes from FEAR.
